Renting Scooters

Hi we will be down in Dec and will have a sr in our party. Which is the best way to rent a scooter from Disney or thru private company that takes scooter to your hotel and picks up at the end of your trip.We plan to vist Mk during MMCP and Epcot and MGM the other 2 days. We are staying at a Epcot resort.

You'll find the "distilled wisdom" of DIS Board posters in the FAQs thread at the top of this board. There's information about the plusses and minuses of renting from the parks or from one of the off-site rental places. Also information about companies to rent from.

In general, it is less expensive to rent from one of the off-site places than renting day to day from the parks. In addition, the ones at the parks are limited in quantity and first come, first serve. So, it is possible that you might get the park and find that a wheelchair is all that is available.
