Renting restrictions based on group size?

If dh and I take a looky loo trip by renting points are we restricted to a studio due to the fact we are just two? Or can we request something larger? (eg: if our whole family was travelling we would require a 2bdrm)?

You can get any size unit you are willing to pay for and that is available. If one person wants to stay in a grand villa, that is certainly allowed.
