Renting Points

Hi I am getting married in Nov and my FMIL has a condo but not thru DVC however that company lists disney villas as an option. She called in August about a condo and they are looking and said they are waiting for something to open up. She would like to stay at the Beach Club or Boatdwalk Villas. If that does not work can she rent points from a member? How do you do this and is it safe? I always see them on ebay....help!

checkout the rent/trade board here on the DIS (in the dvc section) -- with particular attention to the FAQ's.

I've rented a half dozen times or more--and always been 110% happy!
