Renting points question

Hi - I am hoping to rent points for our May 06 trip. Quick questions for budgeting purposes please...

If you are staying at a villa do you pay for parking at the resort?

If you rent points you pay for the points - is there tax due on that?

Two of the best things about renting points is that there still is no room tax on them and you get the same benefits as any other person staying on Disney property. Things like parking are free.
