Renting Points Possibly- ADR question

Heya-
Question for you and I thought it best fit in the DVC area than the Resorts- if not, someone move it!

Debating renting points for a future big family trip, and doing research right now. I get the points conversion, money for points, and contracts, individual vs. broker, no cancellation, and room cleaning, etc. All good. Peachy!

What I'm not sure about is how do you make ADRs? If the renter (DVC owner) has the reservation until I check in, then I can't make the ADRs, they have to? Kinda like a travel agent? Or would I get a copy of the reservation number so I can make ADRs at the 180+10?

I don't want the dining plan, just, for example, if I want to take my nieces to CRT and need to call right at 180 for a Wednesday in the middle of my week, will I have the reservation number to do it, or will have to wait until the 180 day from Wednesday and hope that CRT is available?

you can make reservations, you don't have to have them do it. If you want to book 180 +10 you will need the Confirmation number.

I will tell you that online dining booking for some reason will not recognize any DVC reservation so you will have to call Disney dining if you want to book the extra 10 days in advance.
