Renting points + My Disney Experience

Hi everyone,
I'm interested in renting points (either through an agency like David's or on this forum) and I was wondering how it worked with My Disney Experience. I definitely would require the use of My Disney Experience and wouldn't want to make my poor owner change my FastPass+ three times a day!

If there's already a topic on this, sorry and please point me to it.

We are renting points through David's for our upcoming May trip. We have had no issues with MDE. We've been able to make dinner reservations and view our resort reservation as well. We also received the package with the flash drive that promotes the use of MDE. In March, we will be able to begin making Fast Pass+ reservations.

You manually link the room reservation using the confirmation number provided. Once you've linked the room reservation and park admission to your MDE profile, you will be able to make your FP+ selections once you are 60 days from check-in.

MagicBands can be customized (select color and name for underside) once the reservation is linked to MDE. If you have a US address, the MagicBands will be mailed to your home. Those with a non-US address will receive them at check-in.
