renting points- ME info not on ressie?

I am renting from two different people for an upcoming split stay, and have provided the flight info for arrival/departure to both people. When I look up the ressie #, there is nothing about ground transportation provided for either of the ressies. Is this typical for a DVC res? Both DVC people added the flight info weeks ago, so I am surprised it hasn't shown up on either.

No, DME is not listed on DVC reservations. If the member provided a home address for those on the reservation, the documents will be sent to that address 2-3 weeks prior to the arrival date. If not, then the member will receive them.

Marcy, that's the way it is, unfortunately. I've never seen ME info shown online or on paper. anything I have access to anyway. Frustrating, isn't it. Well, as we all know, IT is not Disney's strength.

But fortunately, customer service is Disney's strength. Even if the DVC owners really forget to add ME for you, when you arrive at MCO, go ahead to the ME booth at the airport and provide them with your info, and they'd be glad to help you. Oh, another check. You should receive luggage tags about 3 weeks before your check-in date. If you don't receive them, have the DVC owner call member services to check on it for you.
