Renting Points-Florida/County Sales tax incl.?

I swear I did 7 forum searches before asking this. Sorry, I tried When renting DVC points, is Florida/County tax included in the going rate of $10/$11 point? Just trying to compare my options.

Yes, the taxes are included in the per point price. All applicable taxes have already been computed and paid in the owner's maintenance fees.
