Yes, you can. The owner who rented you the reservation has to add it for you and currently, you pay for it at check in.

Also, all persons listed on the reservation age 3 and older must be on the same plan for all nights of the reservation. If you do on-line check-in (MyDisneyReservation.com/DVC) and you enter a CC#, that CC will be charged for the dining plan on your arrival day.
