Renting points and Magical Express

I rented some points from another member, so with upcoming trip. One room is using their points, The other room our points.

I called two weeks ago to add magical express and also to double check that the rooms were noted to be close together. Gave all the plane info.


Waiting , waiting , waiting,


Today I just talked to chat, and they said my DS's tags were mailed out, but since my room was using another member's points, the other member have to make the ME reservation. Well, why didn't they tell me that two weeks ago??

We are less than three weeks out and I also wanted to request extra tags. When I made the arrangement (or thought I did) I was told to wait a few days to request the extra tags. I called back maybe 5 days later and then was told "oh you have to wait until you get the first set in the mail".

Call the DME number, (866) 599-0951 give them your reservation number and flight info. they should be able to help.
 
MS is just the middle man and often gets in the way.

Called just now. DME done and done, is being mailed out today.

Thanks again for the help. My DH gets freaky is all the ducks are not in order.
