Renting or Transfer Points Contract??

Does anyone use a contract when renting or transferring point? If so is there anyway I could get a copy to see how its worded? I may have to many point in my next UY to use so I may have to unload some......

I have transferred points to another member. Did not use a contract but he paid me via paypal and our only written correspondence was by PM. Once he did the paypal transaction I transferred the points to his account. It went very smoothly but I was a bit nervous. I would transfer again but not sure if I'd rent.
