renting of future years borrowed points

I am thinking of renting 225 of my BCV POINTS OUT
They would be Aug,2004 USAGE POINTS.
Can they be transferred into another DVC members account?
so they can use August 1,2003-July 31,2004
or are they not available for rent until August 1,2004-July 31,2005

The answer is yes and no. Yes you can transfer your August 2004 points to another member but no, that member cannot borrow them so they can be used in the 2003 use year. You may not be able to transfer the points until after August 1, 2003.

No, you are not correct. You will be able to transfer them to someone who will need them after August 1, 2004 or you can make reservations for people by borrowing the points into your 2003 year and not transferring the points making reservations after August 1, 2003.

or are you only allowed to transfer so many times?
and so many points total?
and so many points per transfer?

I don't think you want to transfer the points. You may rent them to as many or a few people as you chose. The minimum wouild be the minimum for a one night stay in whole night amounts. You may transfer points to as many people as you wish and as few as one point each time.The restriction will be that they cannot then borrow the points for immediate usage and you may have to wait until August 1, 2003 to trandsfer the August 2004 points.
