Renting?? Not sure what to do...

Just curious if any of the experts here know what my chances are of getting someone to use my reservation ?? I borrowed the points from next use year for my daughter who can no longer go Now I have a trip booked that I have no idea what to do with. Am I missing something here, can I bank the points? Or will I just loose them?

As far as the borrowed points, they will expire at the end of your use year. They cannot be banked.

So if my use year is December 1, I will loose them November 30th of this year?

If you used points borrowed from your next Use Year, they cannot be banked. If cancelled, the points returned to your contract may be banked if they are current points, but cannot be banked if they were already banked points or borrowed points. They will expire at the end of your current Use Year, but may be used for another reservation or used to rent a reservation to someone else.

Be sure to follow the rules on the Rent/Trade Board before posting any offer. I'd offer the points in a "Points for Rent" thread - where you would offer to make a reservation for someone else if you are unable to use the points before the end of your Use Year.

Thanks for the info.. I was afraid of that! althought I thought I only had until June to do something with the points so this at least gives me a little more time.
