Renting homes on Outer Banks.

A friend at work wants to do this this summer for her family. I told her I would ask our wonderful pool of knowledge here if anyone has any advice. Thanks a bunch.

I have no experience with this, but giving you a friendly bump

My family has been going to the outer banks for 22 years. We have always used Kitty Dunes Realtly. The have a great website with maps and pictures of the houses.

I recomend asking lots of questions though. Quite a bit of the beach was eroded between mile posts 3-8. In front of my aunt and uncle cottage they had no beach as the homes were being taken by the ocean.

We use Joe Lamb Realty they have a good search feature that enables you to pick the stuff you need i.e. dishwasher, screen porch, area, and stuff like that. If you want beachfront for this summer you better act quickly.
