Renting Golf Carts

I think I read somewhere here that you can call and reserve a golf cart in advance. Does anyone know how far in advance you can call? Do you leave a credit card deposit or something? Thanks!

When we made our reservations last November for this coming April they told us we needed to reserve a golf cart then !! So we called the Bike Barn and made the reservation and they held it with a credit card.

One thing I don't like about Disney golf carts is that you better be careful with them. I've seen people on several ocassions having problems at the bike barn when returning them. If somebody hits it and damages it you are liable. Ask if there is insurance because if the cart is scratched up you will pay for it. I rented one once and made sure to be real careful.

you can call 1 yr ahead.yes you will need credit card,but you are not billed till you pick it up.
