Renting from National in October...What's your rate?

may actually use ME this trip.

I can't seem to get below $250 for National, 10/22 - 10/27. I have Alamo reserved for $161. I had a mid-size EA in June for 6 days for $104. I'm hoping it comes down, I'd rather go with National since I have an Executive Club card from my company.

We just returned from Orlando where we rented a car from National. . We have used National in the past and never had any problems (our most recent was Nov 2005). This time upon checking in they were going to charge us $8 per day to add an additional driver to the car (myself - over 25). Obvoiusly we chose not to however this has never been an issue before. We have always supplied both of our DL #'s without any addtional fee.
