renting from DVC member - can we do EMH?

hi everyone
i have more questions...if i rent from a DVC member, how do we all get tickets? do i just buy them on our own? will the reservation be in our name? most importantly, can we particpate in EMH?

Basically, yes to all your questions. Park Tickets may be purchase through any discounted website (if you prefer), the regular DisneyWorld website in advance or at the resort when you check in. Standard "onsite" perks apply, like resort delivery for in park purchases, EMH, free theme park parking, Disney transport & charging to your room key. The DVC member wil make the resort ressie in your name, but the DVC owner will always retain primary control of the ressie...which is why it is good to have a contract spelling out your obligations as well as those of the DVC owner.

You may buy your tickets anywhere you choose, including at the DVC resort when you check in.

The reservation must be in yor name in order for you to check in. The member should send you the confirmation letter from DVC with your party's names on it.

Yes - EMH is a perk for staying at any on site WDW resort and that includes the DVC resorts. Doesn't matter how you pay for your stay.

You can purchase tickets any way you like. You can buy them in advance or you can purchase them from the Concierge desk when you arrive, or at the park Guest Services.

DVC members and guests (incl renters) are eligible for EMH.

You will also have the option of adding MYW Dining Plan to your ressie if your stay is after April 1, 2006.

The only thing you will not receive as a DVC renter are AP Discounts (must show blue member card and ID) other discounts requiring the blue card (YMMV) and Daily housekeeping (which you can pay oop for if you want it)
