renting from car care center

It looks like we can save some money by renting from Alamo at the car care center. We usually rent from MCO. We will be getting the car the second day we're there at 8am and returning it the day before we leave.

Where exactly is the car care center and do we take a cab there???

Is this a good location to rent from

I rent from the CCC all the time. I prefer it amazingly enough.

You can call them (number is on confirmation) up to 24 hours in advance and they will come to pick you up any place on property. When you drop off the car at the end of your rental, they will return you to your hotel. No charge for the shuttle service. I usually just call an hour or so before my pick up and it's fine. All depends on the time of year.

ALamo also has a location at the Dolphin I believe as well. I use the CCC though.

The Car Care Center is at the Hess Station complex across from the Speedway track. It used to be the EXON station across from the MK parking lot.

FYI I just got a better rate by picking up at MCO and dropping off at the car care center using 430710 Walmart code. We were only renting for a day. With renting at MCO and dropping off at CCC we got two days cheaper than the one day for the CCC. So you may want to plug in the numbers and see if it makes a difference.

I am renting with National (Alamo is the same company now but often has different pricing) and picking up at the Dolphin and returning to the airport which saved me $150 vs. picking up at the airport. The dolphin rate also came in cheaper than the CCC rate .

I'm the exact opposite!

I need a car at the end of my stay (if I decide to stay on-site) to continue on to Tampa and return it to Tampa.

Both National/Alamo are not in-terminal at Tampa. Does anyone know if other companies will come and pick up at a disney property? Are they allowed to?
