Yes, we have done it many times. You have to have a credit card associated with your room otherwise you cannot do this. We use our band and charge everything. I pay the last evening with gift cards so it is not charged to my credit card.

Thanks yall! I wasnt sure since we are guests of the owner but my husband said it should work the same so...he was right..lol

There isn't really a limit, they just charge your card when you hit the threshold and start charging your room account again.
