Renting boats at DVC resorts

Can you rent those little, two-seater, fast, zippy boats at all the DVC resorts, specifically OKW? I think they're called Sea Raycers. How much does it cost per hour?

Also, lets say you rented a pontoon boat at OKW, and you just happen to have (in your pocket) one of those little portable fishing poles that fold out to almost a full size fishing pole. Is it okay to do your own catch and release fishing for an hour or two on your rented boat (or even off the dock)? Anyone ever done this?

Yes, you can rent the Sea Raycers at OKW (I did it myself last month ). Bear in mind, that they aren't as fast as they look, but they're still alot of fun . I don't recall the exact price, but it was pretty reasonable. I had it out for 45 minutes and it was somewhere in the mid $20's (there is a discount available for either DVC, Disney Visa or AP... I don't remember which one I used). Sorry I'm so vague on the details
