renting boats at disney

Can anyone please give me information about renting boats at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts? (primarily the cost, but whatever information you can give). Thanks!

We like and just did a Searacer at the CR as it's a lot more riding area and open space. Also think the boats are a bit faster as well. We went around MK,all the resorts and over to Discovery island & Old RiverCountry

My kids rented a sea racer last weekend at Yacht Club and it was around $25 for 30 minutes. They had to show a room card or a driver's license. They had a great time and ended up going up around the lake and then up near MGM. There are lifeguards on boats all around the area so someone is nearby to help if you need it. One DS drove the boat, then they came back to the dock and switched drivers so other DS could drive.

We rented 2 SeaRacers last Sept at the Beach Club with our 3 yr old and 4 yr old and had a fun time. You are able to take the boats down the MGM waterway between the Dolphin & Swan and then around the lagoon between Beach/Yacht Club & the Boardwalk. My husband seems to thinks it was about $20 a boat for 1/2 an hour.
