? Renting bikes at OKW-staying at BCV

First can I do this? Can I rent bikes at OKW if I'm not staying there? Or is it like boats, where I only have to be at a WDW resort? Also, does anyone know the approximate cost per hour and whether or not there's a DVC discount? Also, do you get a lock in case you want to get off the bike and walk around a little?

I think you can - I don't remember the rental charge - alot less than the other resorts - for just a bike - the 4 seater are still expensive (by my terms) - and yes there is a DVC discount - I don't remember if the discount is good for all DVC members or just those staying at OKW.

the bikes are a bargin here. Now locks I am not sure about it - I think they have them - but I don't think anyone uses them.

I know that all the pools have a bike rack to put the bikes on while you go swimming.
