Renting at Windsor Palms - will I be able to recieve mail?

As a UK resident, its a bit expensive to buy crocs over here, so I was planning to buy some mail order from shoebuy.com and have them delivered to the villa I'm renting....

Having no idea how post services work in the US, would these be delivered by regular post or by courier?

Would they need someone to sign at the address or not?

Or would they leave them at a central area for post collection?

I own on Windsor Palms and as far as I know, post is not delivered to the community unless the owner has a specific mailbox outside their front door. If you are renting direct from an owner, you could ask them if they do have a post box, the other option is to ask the management company if you can arrange delivery to their address and ask them to drop it off for you when they are passing.
