Renting an ECV From Offsite Company

We are staying off property and will be renting an ECV from an outside company. My question: Do the boats that transport you from Epcot to Disney Studios accommodate an ECV? Does the monorail? Other than the train in MK, are there any modes of transportation where I won't be able to take my ECV?

I'm by no means an expert, can only tell our personal experience. My family and I were staying at WL in June '08 and as far as transportation goes - buses were fine, monorail was great. The larger boats (like the ones that go from MK to TTC) were ok for ECVs. The smaller one that went from WL to CR/MK/GF/FW was NOT ok. Often, if the rest of us were going to take the boat somewhere, like MK, my DH would leave the hotel early and take the bus. ALthough we didn't take the boat from Epcot to HS, my guess would be that they do not accomodate ECVs. Just as an aside, we rented from Walker Mobility and were very happy with them . Have a great trip!

some small manouverable ECVs may be able to take the train.

As the previous poster mentioned, some of the small boats at the MK resorts are not accessible.
