I would love to take my kids camping at WDW, but we live on the other side of the country up north in Washington. It would not be very feasible for us to bring all the items we need (I am not driving that far with a 7 & 11 yo :))
Are there places to rent these items? If not just thinking about a cabin or WL.

There are several local camper rental places in Orlando.

Cruise America is a nationwide outfit.

There is also a place that will set up a camper at Ft. Wilderness for you. Many of the fine folks here know the name of the place.

Flying and tent camping is possible with multiple folks. I've done it as a single. (I don't cook at Ft. Wilderness, so don't have that gear).

With most airlines you are allowed two 50 lb checked items per person, plus one carryon and one personal item.

With 3 people that is 300 lbs worth of camping gear.

If you already have all the tents/camping stuff try to see if it will go in 6 footlockers or duffle bags.

You didn't mention if you had a significant other traveling. If there are 4 of you, that is 400 lbs worth of camping gear.

Can anyone tell me the nameof this place? Thanks!
