Renting a crib from A Baby's Best Friend

For those of you that have gotten the full size crib (or the pack & play for that matter) ...where did you put it in your room? TIA!

First year we were able to fit it next to amoire in our Poly room. Fit perfectly. My DH does NOT travel well and he found assembly a hassle-just not something he wanted to deal with so the next year I rented a toddler bed. They are plastic and are all assembled. That worked very well for us but that year the fridge was next to the amoire not in it so we put the toddler bed next to the sliding door out to the balcony. A bit of a pain but not a big deal.

That's great! I figured they would since that is where ABBF leaves it before you arrive.

the BATHROOM!!! I know it sounds bad but the first trip we put the crib (full sized rented from ABBF) in the room with us next to the bed and DD got used to us being in the room when she went to bed and us being there when she woke up etc....when we returned after 8 days it was TERRIBLE!!!! We solved the problem the next time by putting the crib in the bathroom.....I know it sounds bad. We set it up in there and we kept it there ..........solved the problem for us. She was only 6 monthes so there was no chance of her getting out or getting into anything she shouldnt. We had 2 rooms so we just used the other bathroom. I think we put it in the handicapped access room but I can't remember. We were in the POR. The room has plenty of room for it. We had a room with one kind sized bed. Good Luck. I am very jealous that you are going on the cruise....we loved it and are trying to plan another real soon. Have a great time!!!
