Renting a car through Disney

When we've rented a car through Disney before, usually a couple weeks before our trip we get an envelope in the mail with "vouchers" including one for Alamo with our reservation on it. This year, we booked the same as always but didn't get anything in the mail other than our MagicBands. Is that normal? What do we show at the Alamo desk?

I'm guessing there's no response since most people don't rent cars through Disney. You're the first person I've ever seen post about it.

Did you get any type of email confirmation or anything? If not, I would probably just call Alamo and ask.

I would call Disney and ask for the Alamo confirmation number. That’s what you really need to communicate with Alamo and Disney is really serving as a travel agent for this booking. Let them earn their commision.
