Renting a car from National @ Dolphin...any tips?

We are staying at the BCV an plan on walking over to the Dolphin to pick up a rental car for a couple days. Any feedback or suggestions? Do they have a rental desk in the Dolphin lobby or is it off site? Any feedback welcomed! Thanks - Steve

we picked up there last year (stayed at BWV)..........
it was SO easy!!
when you enter lobby, there are car rental signs (i believe to the right of room check-in).
line was a bit long (only 1 Nat rep working the P/U's & drop-offs & there were a few agitated people cos there were no cars available for "walk-ins"), the car we rec'd had quite a few "dings" & dents.........
BUT it was sooo much faster than any airport rental i've ever done, the valet brought the car to us (& we rtn'd it to valet upon leaving). we told the rep about the dents, & they were noted on our ressie, but she said it didn't really matter cos they don't actually see the cars (i assume if the car was obviously in an accident, the valet would report it to the desk rep).

all in all, a five star experience!
