renting a car from hotel?

Can this be done from the Yacht Club just for a few hours? If so, do I call the hotel? Thanks!

Alamo/National has a rental location at the Dolphin hotel which is next to the YC, 10 min walk at most.
You can book it on line at either Alamo's or National's websites, the location designation is ORLR74 for Alamo and ORLR13 for National
