renting a car at Disney

i read here on the board that National & Alamo are at the TTC. I'm thinking of taking Magical Express to Pop, stay for a few days, then rent a car at the TTC to take to our off-site hotel. A couple of questions - how can we get ourselves & our luggage over to the TTC to rent the car? a taxi? i can't imagine that the disney bus will allow our luggage plus i'm not sure it goes to the TTC anyway. Also, can i return the car at the airport?

They are not at the TTC. They are at the Car Care Center outside of MK. They have a shuttle that will pick you up at Pop. Go get the car and then come back and load the luggage and go to your offsite hotel.

If you can get a better deal with Hertz they are on 192 near the main entrance and will pick you up and drop you off.
