Renting 3 Bedroom- possible?

We are looking to take our families to Aulani next June for my son’s graduation trip. We are DVC but we don’t have enough points to rent with our contracts so we’d be looking at David’s or DVC Rental Question.

My question - how likely would it be for us to rent a 3 bedroom villa at Aulani? Or are we better off requesting a 2 bedroom and studio or 3 studios? Wed be looking at June 2027 so we plan to contact these companies in July to put in the request. Just trying to manage my expectations on availability. Thank you!

To be perfectly honest I would take a long serious look at buying an Aulani contract. After you have paid to rent a 3 bedroom you will have almost paid for a contract that is priced right. After your stay, reaccess and decide if you would continue to use the contract at Aulani or elsewhere. If not you can look at selling it or other options.

If that is off the table Id say not many owners have that many points to rent all at once. So there would be multiple owners. Also depends on how many nights you are talking about.

You may be able to use your points. Many of the rental sites will just straight rent the points and transfer them to you, so you would receive a transfer of points into your membership. You can then combine those points with your existing points and book anything you would like.
