Renter Agreement

Does anyone have a sample agreement they use to rent points. I've never rented my points before, actually never thought I would. But it looks like I may have some points that I won't be able to use this year, so I guess it would make sense to rent them. I'm assuming when people rent points there is some kind of written agreement that will protect both parties. Any information would be great. Thanks

I will also be renting points soon to pay for our Disney cruise next June

Anyone else have copies of rental agreements?

I'm not sure, but I think we may have somewhere in the neighbor hood of 150 to 160. I'm toying with the idea of going for a few days in December, but I know we'd better decide soon!
