EDITED BY MODERATOR TO ADD:
AS OF MARCH 30, 2010, OVERSIZE SCOOTERS ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED ON THE WDW BUSES. THIS INFORMATION WAS POSTED on April 2, 2010 BY A WDW BUS DRIVER:
" Effective Sat. , March 27, a wheelchair/ECV measurement box will be tested at Disney's Port Orleans (Riverside South) and Disney's Pop Century resorts for apporximately 2 weeks. At those two resorts, guests using wheelchairs and ECV's will need to verify that their wheelchair/ECV is contained within the marked area (footprint is 30" by 48")
If the wheelchair/ECV fits within the measurement box, please load the guest(s) as documented in the Bus Transportation Operations Operating Guide and allow up to five additional guests to board with the guest with disabilities. Direct any additional guests in the party to load in the standard queue.
If the wheelchair/ECV does NOT fit within the measurement box, explain to the guest that the wheelchair/ECV won't be allowed on the bus and a Bus Guest Service Manager will be contacted to provide assistance. Then, contact the Operations Center using your radio to request a GSM response to the location."

I have been advised by the rental company that the Dream Scooter will fit into the measurement box as long as the front wheel is turned.
It is important to keep in mind that the weight limit for the WDW bus ramps is 600 pounds; the limit for the ramps is 800 pounds according to the bus driver who posted the information. This is for the weight of the ECV/wheelchair, rider and any items being carried.END OF NOTE
I was in Disney Aug 30- Sept 7th I rented the Dream Scooter and loved it. We had a thread started already but it isnt here anymore. I told everybody I would update when I got back. Well it was a Dream. It fit on all modes of Disney Transportation. I have pictures but am leary of posting them because I am not sure why the first Thread was removed. So this is my written review. If the moderator gives the OK I will post pictures. First of all, yes it worked in all situations, but if you are a new ecv driver or in-experienced in any way I would suggest renting a normal 3 wheel scooter. I dont recommend 4 wheelers because they dont turn as well and some of the larger ones wont fit on the lift busses. Had that problem 2 years ago. The Dream Scooter with the motorcycle type front wheel, turns on a dime. Even though it is a inch or 2 wider it navigates through the maze turnstiles much better. Some of my examples are the que for expedition everest, buzz lightyear, and test track. I was easily able to navigate through them without even bumping poles. Parking on the busses was so easy because of the turning capabilities. And getting off most busses from the rear handicap spot was as easy as turning the wheel and driving off. And as you enter the bus the quick right turn was too easy. Also I took this on the water transport from Port Orleans to DTD and had no trouble with this either. Now occasionally the rear fenders would get caught on the folded up seat as i would drive off of busses. but the guy who rented me the scooter told me they were removing the fenders if they came back damaged and was not worried if they did. In fact I ran into one other guy with a dream and his had no fenders. All in all i would recommend this for large people who have decent driving capabilities. And if you dont I am sure it would'nt be too hard to get used to.
