Rented Points: Magical Express Question

My owner is on vacation so I can't ask him. My mom will be meeting us a few hours after we arrive. I plan on adding her to our room when I get there. (It's a last minute thing). Will she be able to use the magical express too if I add her to our room before she arrives?

As far as I know you cant add anyone to the res. The owner would need to do this for you.

The owner needs to add her to the reservation and make ME arrangements. I'm not sure how last minute the ME arrangements can be made, but they HAVE to be made before leaving.

(You used to be able to decide to catch it at the airport, but all the towncar companies had fits.)
