Hello all! We were fortunate enough to have rented points for our Thanksgiving trip to the world. We had the owner add on the basic dining plan, but we would like to upgrade to the deluxe. Our confirmation letter states that the Dining plan has been added, but do we need to contact the member and have him change it to reflect the deluxe, or can we handle that at check-in? Actually, not only should you contact the member, you need to contact him/her. You will not be allowed to upgrade the dining plan at check-in. It must be done by the member at least 48 hours before you arrive.
