Rented points and Disney Dining

Hi Everyone,

I am not sure if anyone can help me with this. My DH and I are staying the the beach club villas in September. We are not vacation club member yet, but rented points off a DVC member. My question is when I go to call for my dining reservations, is it still considered that I am a resort guest and can take advantage of the 90 +10 or do they consider it more of an off property stay and I have to call back each day? Thanks!

Whether you rent points or pay cash, if you're staying on property you're a "resort guest". Now that still won't guarantee that you'll get the ADR's your looking for. But Disney Dining will help you with your selections. Good luck and have fun!!

You will need to/can call at the 90 day mark and reserve up to 10 days of your stay. (Not 100 days out, it's 90 days + up to 10 days of stay) You won't need to call each day, DVC is on-site! Have a great time!

Yes you can take advantage of the 90+10 days for ADRs. You will need to call the main dining line at 407-WDW-DINE.

Thank you so much to everyone! I have called Disney several times and I always get bounced back and forth to so many different people and I never get a straight answer. You made me feel so much better! I assumed the considered DVC on site but I just wanted to be completely prepared for when I call next month. I got even more nervous when the free dining came out and I know reservations will be even harder to get. You completely made my day.
