I have 168 DVC points that will expire July 31, 2018. I am offering these points for rental at the discounted rate of $12 per point, or for a total of $1925 if someone rents all 168 points ($11.46 per point.) If another DVC member wants these points as a transfer, I will transfer them for $11 per point (with minimum of 100 points for a transfer, since I can do only one transfer per year.) If other DVC member takes all 168 points, I will charge a total of $1750 ($10.42 per point.)
If you need more than 168 points for your reservation, I have some additional points that I can borrow and will rent at $14 per point.
Due to how DVC bookings work, there is generally very little availability within 60 days of check-in. So, these points would probably work best for someone who wants to stay in July. The last night these points can be used is July 31, 2018, with check-out August 1.

I have not been very active on the DVC boards lately (health problems have reduced my ability to visit Disney World), but I am a very long-time member here. I have rented out DVC points here in the past. I also have 800+ feedback on eBay, all positive, some of which was for rentals of various timeshares I own. I can accept credit card payment via PayPal and will provide a written rental agreement before requesting any money. For rentals, it's fine to pay me a $100 deposit and the rest once I send you a reservation in your name. (For transfers, I will need the money upfront.)

I have checked availability for July, and found the following:
One-bedrooms have the best availability.
Saratoga Springs: All 1bdrm nights in choice of Standard or Preferred views.
Old Key West: All 1bdrm nights but July 4th (Rooms near the Hospitality House are more limited.)
Wilderness Lodge, Boulder Ridge Villas: All 1 bdrm nights in July except July 2 and 4.
Boardwalk: All 1bdrm nights in Garden/Pool views during July except July 3, 4, 5, 16, 22, 26.
Animal Kingdom: All 1bdrm nights in a Savanna view at Kidani Village from July 17 to the end of the month.
There is some 1Bdrm availability in other views at the above resorts, and some at Bay Lake Towers, plus July 21, 22 and 23 are available at Aulani (Hawaii.) The other resorts have just a night or two here and there, or have no availability.
Studios:
Saratoga Springs, Preferred view: All nights in July except July 1, 3, 4, and 16
Saratoga Springs, Standard view: July 2; July 6, 7, 8, 9; July 12, 13, 14, 15; July 17 through the end of the month
Old Key West: July 6, 7; July 13, 14, 15; July 17; July 20, 21; July 23; July 25; July 27 through the end of the month
There are also up to three nights in a row in studios at Boardwalk and the Polynesian, and up to two nights in a row in studios at Animal Kindgom – Kidani Village. The other resorts either have no studios at all available for July, or just one night here and there.
Two-Bedrooms: Availability in a two-bedroom is generally very similar to studio availability. (At some resorts, two-bedrooms are a bit more limited than studios.)
A number of the resorts have Grand Villas available for parts of July. However, 168 points won’t go very far in a Grand Villa.
If you need more than 168 points for your reservation, I have some additional points that I can borrow and will rent at $14 per point.
