Do you have to be a part of DVC to be able to rent from someone else? Also, how do you find out how many points someone will need for the different resorts?

Non members are able to rent DVC reservations directly from DVC members. You can get an idea of the number of points used for specific dates by looking at the <a href="http://www.wdwinfo.com/disney-vacation-club/DVCpoints.shtml">DVC Point Charts.</a>
