Where is Florida Pines? Is it very near Disney? Thanks

When I was looking for a rental home I found this map which gave me an idea of subdivisions near Disney. We ended up picking Oak Island Cove - it's really one of the closest if not the closest to WDW. Took us about 5-7 min to drive there every day (depending on 192 traffic.)
