Rental strollers - storage basket?

Do the strollers available for rent have any storage on/under them for extra stuff? I know my 4 yr old will get tired. What's your experience with a 7 yr old walking all day? He'll probably be to embarrased (sp) to get in one, but might it be worth getting a double just in case?

I am curious about this too - I have seen pics but I can't tell if there is storage. not sure if the handle will allow for a bag to go over either?

The storage is a mesh type bag that hangs behind the stroller. A 7 year old would definetly sit in a stroller at some point, get the double. You see kids of all ages sitting in them.

Thanks rileyroo. Wondered about older kids in them. As long as DS doesn't get any "looks" he'll be okay. Sensitive boy that he is ... that would be all he'd need to "spit the dummy".
