Rental return to either CCC or the Dolphin?

We are currently planning on flying into Tampa, renting a car and then driving up to WDW for 3-4 days. But, since I'm not sure which car rental co. we'll be using, I'm not sure where we can return it to at WDW. We'll be taking DME back to MCO, so won't need the car to get there. Which place would I be better off returning the car to? Does each spot service multiple rental companies? Or is there a particular company that is better to use? Can you tell I've never rented a car for vacation before

I believe the Dolphin and the Car Care Center only have ALamo/National locations. There are other rental agencies located in a number of hotels along Hotel Plaza Blvd. near DTD.

Hi Diane!
I've always rented with National when going to WDW - found them to USUALLY have the best rates. Anyway, returning a car to the Dolphin is really easy - Melissa is great!! Just pull up to valet and tell them you're returning your National or Alamo rental. Then go inside the lobby to the counter and you'll be on your way - especially nice if you are headed to Epcot or MGM!!!

Just a note on National/Alamo in Tampa: They are off-site but have continuous shuttles to their lot.
