Rental question

With things beginning to open up how is the rental market looking?

Is it better to rent the points or a confirmed reservation?

Unless you are a DVC Member having points transferred into your account, you will ONLY be able to rent a confirmed reservation. There are some already reserved being offered but, at this time, there does seem to be a fair amount of availability where DVC Members are able to make reservations for potential renters based on their requests.
