Rental Question

Hi,
I have a question about possibly needing to rent an existing reservation. I won't list any particulars as I know that's not allowed.
It's my understanding that you can't list existing reservations on the Rent/Trade board for far out reservations (I understand why). How close does your reservation need to be to do this? Are there any other good options to find someone who might want this reservation not using the Rent/Trade board?? I have my points banked and borrowed, so there's really not a good way to start over for another year, plus I don't know when we'll get back to WDW, or have a use for the few points in this contract.

I believe for this board, it is 30 days out. There may be other Disney sites out there that allow you to post from now but not sure since I have never done it.

The DIS DVC Rent/Trde Board has a 30 day or less restriction that is strictly enforced. This rule applies to the board posting, PMs and email...any method of contact through the DIS Board system.

Other sites have different policies and rules.
