Rental house for large group?

I am in the beginning stages of planning a trip for a large group (17- 8 adults, 9 kids ages 3-17). Can anyone recommend a rental house that can accommodate such a large group? We would like to stay together in one house if possible.

If I were you I would get 2 townhomes in Paradise Palms. That way you would have 8-10 bedrooms, 6 baths, 4 parking spaces, and if you book directly through an owner it will be very affordable. If you look at Homeaway, VRBO, and Trip Advisor you can find much better rates than through management companies. And you would be walkable distance to all the resort facilities which is really nice if somebody doesn't feel like going to a park.

Have you searched a site like vrbo.com? I found a 9 BR/8BA with a 16-seat movie room. There were 930 properties with 6+ BR.

We just returned from Disney. We rented a seven bedroom five bathroom pool home in Formosa Gardens.

The website is sterlingvacationhomes.com. She has multiple properties.

The one we stayed at would have slept 16 all in beds no pullout sofas.

There are four king master bedrooms.

Two bedrooms with three beds in them.

One bedroom with two beds in it.

Very nice, clean, five minutes from Animal Kingdom. Two washers and dryers too! Would highly recommend.
