Rental cars for April 2007

Is it to early to get a reservation for April 2007? I checked around and the prices are so HIGH !!!! I have never traveled on a school vacation week before so this is sticker shock. Does anyone have experience with the price dropping closer to April. My dates are April 15 through the 21th.

Why would you be worrying about this now? It's not like they are going to run out of rental cars in the Orlando area so you need to reserve nearly a year in advance. I wouldn't even start checking prices until early in 2007.

From her post, I didn't gather that she was worried about cars running out, but about the price that week. It seems to me she is looking for advice on what the prices are for that week historically.
I haven't traveled to Orlando that week yet, so I can't help, OP, but good luck!
