My family is coming to Disney from Dec 31- Jan 7 and renting a car that week is well over $500.

I started doing some research and came across a site called Relay Rides. You can rent a car directly from an owner and use it for your vacation. This would save us a ton of money but I am looking to see if anyone has done this before?

Are there other sites besides Relay Rides I could use?

Please let me know if you have any experience with this type of car rental.

For those dates you can get a minivan or standard SUV through Budget using Travelocity leisure code x474200 and coupon mupz044 for $40 off for $222 inc taxes if you pickup at the West Landstreet Rd location (M01) and dropoff at MCO. You would have to take a cab there which is about 8 miles from airport.

The other option is to try bidding on priceline for a rental and start at 50% off the lowest rate you can find.
