rental car???

We are planning on getting a rental car at the airport and doing some sight seeing around LA for a few hours before heading to Disneyland staying at Grand Californian. Anyway is there a nearby rental car location to Disneyland and will they shuttle us to our hotel.

The other option is to do the sight seeing at the end of our trip so we would just need to know where we could pick a car up that is close to Disneyland as well.

We are doing some sightseeing in LA/Hollywood at the end of trip (Saturday--we fly home on Sunday). We are planning on taking Super Shuttle from Orange Co. airport on Wednesday to our hotel since we won't really need the car until Saturday. Super Shuttle is $10 pp from SNA to Candy Cane Inn.

I booked a car that we will pick up from the Downtown Disney location of Alamo--I will pick the car up on Friday evening (so we have it for our Saturday sightseeing trip first thing in the morning) and we will return it to the location at the SNA airport. This will save us $10 pp for the shuttle ride, plus its just more convenient to go to the airport for our flight home when we don't have to worry about scheduling a shuttle pick up time...

I used a coupon/link via Costco Travel and the cost for the rental (Full size car) from Friday 5:00 pm till Sunday 5:00 pm was $62.68.
