Rental Car with Debit Card?

Is it possible to rent a car at MCO using a debit card? Several years ago, I used to rent from Budget using my debit card but I don't know if this policy has changed. If I used Priceline and prepaid the rental car would I still need a credit card to pick it up? Thanks for any help.

Budget, Dollar and Alamo all accept Debit cards for rental.
Priceline wants you to state that you will be using a debit card for the rental, so, it does limit your chances.
If you rent via Priceline they still want a cc in the renter's name to pick up the car.
