Rental car question

I was looking to see if the price on my rental may have gone down at Budget Rental. It went way up! I also saw that they are sold out of mini vans. Do I need to worry that they may have oversold the vans and I may not get one? Current price today using my codes is $1297. I have it confirmed at $415.00 minus a $40 off coupon at the counter. This can't change if I have printed confirmation, correct. Also, do I have to stop at desk to get coupon price? There is no actual coupon its from AARP.

You will pay what you were quoted at the time you made your reservation. It probably would change if you try to modify your reservation in any way. As far as it saying that mini-vans are now sold out, you should be okay since I would think the computer system is set up for the number of vans in their fleet and when reservations reach that number it says sold out. The only problem would be is if people don't return them when they are supposed to.

I am using the same coupon as the OP. Does anyone know if you have to physically go to the counter to get the coupon off?
