Rental car question

Okay so I have a rental car reservation & my flight got changed, I had it reserved to pick up the car @ 5pm, now it wont be til 9:30. Do I have to tell them this? Will they charge me more? If I dont call them will the car still be there when I arrive? does anyone know how long they keep a reservation before canceling it... I didnt use a c.c when booking.

if you know the company call them and ask them to make adjustments

if you entered your flight information when you booked they will also be tracking that

best bet is to call and make them aware

it probably happens all the time ( National has told us they maintain reservations until midnight of the day it is reserved for, but we have never tested this )

ok, than you Im very uneasy with callin them.. basically cuz I think they will change my price... I was going to switch it to a day before cuz I didnt like the new flight time but to do that was going to cost almost 300more!! so im afraid if I call them & tell them about the time change they try n charge me more..hah
